I wanted Sonya to know how grateful I and my family and friends are for everything you have done for us in regards to our recent trips to the USA mid last year and earlier this year our holiday to Port Douglas along with of course our up-coming trip to Hong Kong,  which I know has presented some challenges but you have I must say very professionally worked through the issues and had them resolved in no time at all of which both myself and Victoria are most thankful, we appreciate it was not easy but were amazed with your work ethic, nothing was a problem and we were constantly  kept up to date with what was happening.

I have found dealing with Sonya from the first time we met an absolute pleasure to deal with her professionalism and business ethics and honesty in giving both myself and family members advice when organising our travel arrangements are second to none.

What I have written above is true and accurate I have been amazed at the good old fashion personal service afforded to myself and my family it’s just so nice to have that level of service in these times.

We had a great time on the Disney cruise, although it was a full on cruise! Not really relaxing, although we were okay with that and were excited to do all the things. Lots of character greetings, the dinners and service were amazing, the actual experience of dinner was incredible as you dined on a rotational basis in 3 different restaurants, Tritons (under the sea) Animators Palate (interactive cartoon) and Tianas (French quarter style). 

The Animators Palate was amazing, they would get you to design your own cartoon character on a piece of paper and hand it back to them, then about 30 mins later, Mickey came on the screens like Fantasia and animated your cartoon! It was incredible. 

I would say if you like cruising, but are not a huge Disney fan, this isn’t the cruise for you because it felt very much like a Disney experience that happened to take place on a cruise! All Disney fans will love the cruise. There are some mega fans- the shops were flooded the first night and I’ve never seen lines like that on a cruise ship for character meetings! 

On the last day there was something called Jack Jacks Diaper Dash- a little race for crawling babies. It was held in the atrium and 3 floors of people were packed in to watch! I gave in to Cullen and reluctantly entered Benji, who went on to win his race, make it into the grand final, then win that one! So he became, ‘that baby that won the race’ to everyone who saw him on the cruise. Very funny.
